What is included in Encompass?

Encompass includes a website facelift (or complete redesign if needed) right away, and another one every two years. It includes all the website hosting, maintenance, and tech support you need; no limits. It even includes a high-end Content Management System (CMS), so you can update your website whenever and from wherever you want. Also included is basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO). We help you figure out the best search phrases, optimize your site for those phrases, and then help you track your rise in the search engine rankings.

What if I want to extend the functionality of my website?

Encompass includes numerous modules that can enhance the functionality of your website. Examples include photo gallery, latest news, events calendar, and blog.

What's not included in Encompass?

While Encompass includes everything you need for a professional quality website, it does not include the following items which are typically not part of standard website development and support: custom application development and database design; dedicated Social Media Marketing; E-commerce (and dedicated SSL); Full IT & Infrastructure Support.

Is there a minimum time commitment with Encompass?

Yes. Because we take a long-term partner approach, and because we invest so much in the beginning (website design and development, search engine optimization, hosting setup, etc.), we ask for a one-year commitment. After the first year, you are free to cancel the Encompass service at any time.

Who will own my website?

You will own all the graphics, design, and content from your website, which we will provide to you if you ever choose to move elsewhere.  The CMS is technology you liscense from us.

Is Encompass one-size-fits-all?

No, there are three levels for Encompass. One for up to 50 pages, another for 50-100 pages and a custom level greater than 100 pages.
